At PUREARC, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and digital downloads. Gift cards are also non-refundable.

Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
